I worked with 3 different Morrie’s locations when looking for and purchasing a used car. After finalizing my purchase at the Sparta Chevy, I wish I had had the car taken to a different location to purchase. All 3 locations had good and bad parts to them. Sparta Chevy was the only one to offer carfax. However I don’t think I got much other information from them at all. I test drove a couple cars on Friday, but didn’t commit to anything. Monday I test drove and decided on a car, was given the carfax, and sent on my way. Set an appointment to get the car Wednesday. My salesman, Jesus, was sure to detail the car himself so no chemicals would be used in it as I am allergic to them. I arrived Wednesday to find out it was Jesus’ day off. Kubby was great at filling in for him. I said I would be there between 4:30-5, arrived at 4:30. Ended up sitting and waiting until 5 to talk to the finance guy. He convinced me to buy an expensive car warranty without sharing all the fine print or sharing that the Morries promise I was also purchasing covers most of what the warranty covers. After finishing up the paperwork and bringing it all home, I was able to read through the details and so Thursday I called to cancel the extended warranty. He tried to convince me to keep it but did complete the paperwork, however 3 weeks later the refund has not come through. Since it was added to the loan this means I have to pay interest on it until they decide to finally refund me. Not cool. Finally nearly a month later the refunded a little under half the warranty. Obviously I’ll have to fight for the full refund. Unacceptable! I also was charged for registration when I was just transferring my plates but he was able to fix that too. Overall I’m not terribly impressed and will go elsewhere for my next car. Hopefully the one I bought is a good one, it was a good deal on the make and model as they had had it for several months. I hope they didn’t treat me this way because I’m female and was shopping alone. I would recommend bringing a guy with if you are female. They may treat you better. Or better yet go somewhere else.

Just bought car # 3 from Brenengen. We are so pleased with the fact that they made the purchase so easy for us. Kubby and Tammy have always treated us as family. When we have had our other cars in for service the staff is so nice, all I need to do is call them for a oil change and they are asking what day and time works for me. If I just have a question on my car, they are always ready to help me. Great staff.

Always customer friendly. Serviced my car in a timely manner. If there are issues they do not hesitate to inform you of what is happening with your vehicle. No issues at the present time but in the pass they have always been very helpful

Always friendly. Work with my schedule. Always keep me informed o any maintenance my vehicle may need and schedule it on my time. They are not pushy.

You didn't have a loaner car, so you made me wait 2 hours indoors with other customers who were less than fastidious about masking. This on top of the earlier snafu with my local Tomah dealership not telling me they were transferring my call to Sparta, resulting in me going to the wrong place, and the people I was told to ask for between 2 and 5 being already gone by 4pm.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Chris Blazek. Basically, we just tell Chris what we are looking for, what extras and so on. He will find several new vehicles that match our desires. He is extremely thorough! Once again, he found theinfo we needed and we made the plurchase!

Love Brenegens Chevy in Sparta. Always good deals and always good cars. I have bought all my cars there 😊 and will go back for my next car. Best salesman to ask for is Kubby. Hes super nice and down to earth 😊
